First, we did document survey about Japanese tax administration’s history, financial sociology, economics and psychology of attitudes toward taxes. Second, we did sociological and psychological research of attitudes toward taxes, by a questionnaire survey for college students. As a result of this questionnaire survey, we confirmed that they have the tendency to feel tax burden on high income groups to be heavy and the tendency to want to reduce burdens on the nation in future. Thus, prevention is more important. The present study focused on an incident antecedent to cyberbullying trouble and examined its perceived severity, confidence to deal, and coping behaviors among children. In addition, we also investigated how classroom climates influence bystanders’ behaviors. Finally, based on research findings, preventative educational program was developed. We delivered this program to three junior high school classrooms in Kashiwa city, Chiba as a moral education class.
