    本研究の目的は,計算可能な感性のモデルを統合しシミュレーションを行うための概念的な基盤として,モデルの違いを吸収して複数の変数を統一的に捉えるメタ・モデルとその要素を定義するオントロジーを構築することである.具体的には,色彩感情のシミュレーションモデルと色彩情報を処理する脳機能モデルを構築し,メタ・モデルに基づいてそれらを統合することで,円滑な知識利用の実現を目指す.まず,色彩感情をシミュレーションするモデルの構築については,色配色に対する色彩感情をシミュレーションするニューラルネットワークモデルを検討した.これは,色彩配色に対して人間が典型的に認識する色彩の特徴を入力とするものである.従来研究で構築した3層構造のニューラルネットワークを基にして,生態学的妥当性を加味したモデルの検討を行った.次に,色彩情報を処理する脳機能モデルの構築については,先の色彩感情のシミュレーションモデルとは別の切り口としてIT野のニューロダイナミクスに基づいたモデルを検討した.これは,脳機能に基づいて色彩配色に対して人間が典型的に認識する色彩の特徴を出力とするニューラルネットワークモデルである.従来研究の成果を援用しながら,複数の色彩情報に対するIT野のニューロダイナミクスのモデル表現を試みた.これらにより,人間が色に対して感情的な反応を見せるという同じ事象について,それぞれ異なる観点からモデル化を行うことができ,それらがメタ・モデルによって説明される対象となる予定である.

    本研究は、「CAN」というAIアルゴリズム [Elgammal et al., 2017]に生成された絵画に対して人間がもつ感性評価の心理構造の解明(段階1)と、画像特徴量がCAN絵画の感性評価へ与える影響の定量的な解明(段階2)からなる。段階1では2つの実験を行う。実験1では、CAN絵画に対する感性的印象を描写できる形容詞を参加者に提供してもらい、収集した形容詞に基づいてCAN絵画の感性評価に相応しいSD法の評価尺度を作成する。実験2では、参加者にこれらの尺度を用いてCAN絵画の感性評価を行なってもらい、因子分析により感性評価の心理次元を抽出する。 2020年に本研究の準備として、両実験の実験用プロトタイプを作成し少人数の実験を行った。2021年の前半までの間にデータの解析を行い、CAN絵画の感性評価が、嗜好度・活動性・力量性・鋭さの4つの心理次元に構成されることが示された。なお、実験2で計測した感性評価以外の心理変数である「生き物らしさ」(絵画に描かれたものがどの程度生き物の外観と似ているかの評価)が、嗜好度に負の影響を与え、その影響の一部が力量性に媒介され、具体的には、生き物らしさが力量性に正の影響を与え、力量性が嗜好度に負の影響を与える。 2021年度の後半に、新型コロナの状況のため、大規模な実験の実施が難しくなったので、段階2の一部を前倒しして段階1の実験の先に行った。具体的には、実験2に用いる絵画の画像特徴量を計算し上記の感性評価データとの関係を調べた。初歩的な結果として、フーリエ変換によるパワースペクトラムの方位角的平均の対数曲線が上向きに曲がり、嗜好度が高い作品は嗜好度が低い作品より、周波数全体でパワーが大きい。一方、等方性には、嗜好度との関係が見られない。なお、Minkowski-Bouligand次元が高いほど、新奇性が低くて嗜好度が高い傾向がやや見られる。
